This is the measurement from where the track will be fit to the floor. New Child Safety legislation EN13120:2009 + A1:2014 states the loop of the Blind chain must be 60cm off the floor. This measurement is still required if the blind is being fit inside a recess or above a countertop.
Recess or Blind Measurement?
Please tell us if you have given the actual Blind Size (Blind will be made this size) or the size of the window recess the blind is to fit into (an allowance will be knocked off by the workroom to allow the blind to fit into the recess). Click here for measuring advice...
