Zoffany Lining Paper 1400 Grade

Zoffany Lining Paper 1400 Grade is a lightweight liner and can be used on old plaster or newly plastered walls to provide a perfect base to paint or hang our designer wallcoverings over. It helps cover minor imperfections in older plaster which improves the surface prior to adding a decorative wallpaper and also allows walls to breathe better. Each roll is 53cm wide and 10 metres long.
