Quality Assurance

Here at House Decor Interiors Ltd, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and service.

 

On-site Workroom

We have an on-site workroom with fully trained and highly experienced sewing machinists. This allows for a high level of Quality Control over the quality of our made to measure products which are second to none. All workroom employees have been in this industry for many years and have a wealth of knowledge and expertise to draw from. 

Measurements

We only offer a measuring and fitting service to local customers (within West Yorkshire). For our less local customers it is not possible to offer these services. We do, however, aim to offer as much advice and assistance as needed to enable you to take your own measurements. We have constructed a Measuring Guide for both Curtains and Blinds which are available on our website. Of course our Sales Team are more than happy to discuss any particulars over the phone, please call 01274 588079 or send an email to sales@housedecorinteriors.co.uk with a picture of your window. 

As we are unable to measure for you, the final onus is upon you as the consumer to provide us with the required correct sizes.

Goods received - Made to Measure

In the unlikely event that a made to measure item received differs to the order details provided we aim to rectify this ASAP.  Please contact our Sales Team with details of your order and we will arrange to collect, rectify or replace the incorrect item as soon as possible.  This would be prioritised in our workroom. 

If after using the online measuring guides, and any additional help / advice, you inadvertently place your order using incorrect sizes, any work to rectify your goods will be chargeable.  We would always aim to keep this cost to a minimum.

Goods Received - Fabric and Wallpaper

In the unlikely event a fabric or wallpaper received differs to the order details provided we will certainly investigate further for you. All items go through Quality Control checks however human error can occur and we aim to rectify this for you as soon as possible. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.
